What’s New
Added a search bar at the top of the Review Request page
- Search now supports:
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
Introduced filters for:
- Channel: WhatsApp, Email, Phone
- Status: Failed, Undelivered, Sent, Opened, and other supported states
- Search is case-insensitive for easier matching
- Results update dynamically without page reload
- Pagination syncs correctly with filtered/search results
Improvements
- Faster navigation and lookup of review requests
- Reduced need for manual scrolling and pagination
Why It Matters
Previously, users had to manually browse through multiple pages to locate a specific review request, which was time-consuming and error-prone, especially for high-volume accounts.
With search and filtering, users can quickly find the right contact and take action (such as canceling follow-ups) with greater speed and accuracy.
